WARRANTY COVERAGE

MESG Interior Pte. Ltd. will log all Warranties by order number. Where applicable, it only applies to the original, individual owner. MESG Interior Warranties are non-transferable, meaning an original owner cannot transfer an MESG Interior Warranty to another owner

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

1.1 Defects that only include workmanship.

MESG Interior shall commence such repairs of only the affected area, within a reasonable period of time provided the Client has removed at Client’s cost all obstructions and equipment installed which would hinder or interfere with repairs being made. MESG Interior responsibility and obligation to repair any defects in the job shall become enforceable only if the customer has made full payment for the job.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD

2.1 Every Warranty is valid for (from date of completion): 10 YEARS

a) MESG Interior Pte. Ltd. shall be released from this warranty if the Works are in anyway tampered with either by the Customer’s servants or agents or by any other third person.
b) Difference in colour and visibility of joint line between the rectified area and existing areas should be accepted.
c) Slight Bumps between the rectified area and existing areas should be accepted.
d) The area for rectification works will be marked out and finalized by MESG Interior Pte. Ltd.

3. Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

3.1 Discrepancies or variations between Detailed Drawings/3D Sketch Up/3D/VR and actual works.

3.2 Discrepancies or variations between the materials chosen from samples and the materials actually supplied. (It is essential for the client to conduct due diligence by checking with the respective suppliers on the actual materials before confirming their selection.)

3.3 Any third-party materials, including but not limited to countertops, tiles, vinyl, fixtures, hinges, drawer tracks, laminates, furniture, lighting, sockets & switches.

3.4 All natural materials include but are not limited to granite, marble, stone, timber, plywood and veneer.

3.5 All mirrors and glass.

3.6 Any works where MESG Interior Pte. Ltd. did not supply the materials, or labor and or did not perform specified work.

3.7 Any works not specified in Sales Order.

3.8 Unevenness of existing substrate which may affect the final finishing of MESG Interior, Interiors.

3.9 Surfaces that may absorb moisture and result in wood rot, termite damage, or delaminating due to underlayment deterioration.

3.10 Colour-fade and/or ambering due to natural causes such as sunlight, UV-light exposure and improper after-care techniques.

3.11 Bleeding of color caused by rust, knots, or acid rain.

3.12 Scratches, Damages & wearing out of the interior, intentional or non-intentional.

3.13 Cracking / Peeling layers of the substrate below and prior to the interiors supplied by MESG Interior Pte. Ltd.

3.14 Cracking / Peeling of interiors due to Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements.

3.15 Bubbling / Bulging of interiors due to moisture emission from substrate beneath MESG Interior, Interiors.

3.16 Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements.

3.17 Warping or any damage of interiors due to exposure to excessive humidity, water, heat, and weight beyond the recommended limit.

3.18 Any Plumbing &/or Waterproofing Works.

3.19 Damage caused whole or in part from fire, cooking oil, flood, Acts of God, negligence of other contractors and workers, or any other causes beyond the control of MESG Interior Pte. Ltd.

3.20 Any form of consequential losses, damage or inconvenience sustained by the Customer arising from or as a result of any of the defects described herein.

3.21 MESG Interior Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revise the Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in response to changes to our practices.
