WARRANTY COVERAGE

MESG Interior will log all Warranties by order number. Where applicable, it only applies to the original, individual owner. MESG Interior Warranties are non-transferable, meaning an original owner cannot transfer an MESG Interior Warranty to another owner

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

1.1 Any repairs, rectifications, or maintenance covered under our terms and conditions.

2. Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

2.1 Discrepancies or variations between 3D Drawing and actual works.

2.2 Any works where MESG INTERIOR did not supply the materials, or labor and or did not perform specified work.

2.3 All natural materials include but are not limited to granite, marble, stone, timber, plywood and veneer.

2.4 All mirrors and glass.

2.5 Surfaces that may absorb moisture and result in wood rot, termite damage, or delaminating due to underlayment deterioration.

2.6 Unevenness of existing substrate, which may affect the final finishing.

2.7 Colour-fade and/or ambering due to natural causes such as sunlight, UV-light exposure and improper after-care techniques.

2.8 Bleeding of color caused by rust, knots, or acid rain.

2.9 Scratches, Damages & wearing out of the interior, intentional or non-intentional, due to daily wear & tear.

2.10 Cracking / Peeling layers of the substrate below and prior to the interiors supplied by MESG INTERIOR.

2.11 Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements.

2.12 Damage due to physical abuse such as gouging, scraping and cracking from the movement of pavement or surface.

2.13 Damage caused whole or in part from fire, cooking oil, flood, Acts of God, negligence of other contractors and workers, or any other causes beyond the control of MESG INTERIOR.

2.14 Any form of consequential losses, damage or inconvenience sustained by the Customer arising from or as a result of any of the defects described herein.

2.15 MESG INTERIOR reserves the right to revise the Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in response to changes to our practices.
